Omari Akhmedov will look to hand Abdul Razak Alhassan his first career defeat in a welterweight bout on May 28 at UFC Fight Night 109 in Stockholm.

The promotion added the bout to the card's official webpage on Wednesday.

Akhmedov most recently sent Kyle Noke into retirement and snapped a two-fight skid with a unanimous decision win at UFC Fight Night 101. He takes a promotional record of 4-3 into his date with Razak Alhassan.

The 31-year-old Razak Alhassan boasts a black belt in judo, not that he's had to flaunt his grappling savvy in his embryonic career, having disposed of all seven of his career foes by first-round knockout. The Ghana native got past fellow newcomer Charlie Ward in just 53 seconds in his UFC debut last November.

The May card features a light heavyweight tilt between former title challengers Alexander Gustafsson and Glover Teixeira in the main event.
