Less than 24 hours after leaving Game 1 of the American League Division Series with a head injury, Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson made his presence loudly known in Game 2.
The AL MVP candidate crushed a 418-foot home run to center field off Texas Rangers starter Cole Hamels in the first inning Friday to record his first career postseason home run.

Donaldson's solo shot helped cut the Rangers lead in half after Blue Jays right-hander Marcus Stroman gave up two early runs in a shaky first inning.
