Two women wounded by gunfire outside Fenway Park

Two women suffered non-life threatening injuries after being shot outside Fenway Park in Boston early Sunday morning, Adam Sennott of the Boston Globe reports.

The victims were taken to unconfirmed local hospitals and no arrests have been made.

"Detectives are looking into the possibility that it may have been gang-related," Officer James Kenneally told the Globe in a phone interview.

The Boston Red Sox are scheduled to play the Philadelphia Phillies at Fenway at 1:35 p.m. ET on Sunday.
