Syndergaard emotional after Colon bolts Big Apple

The New York Mets have lost Big Sexy.
Bartolo Colon, who spent the past three years in Queens, reportedly agreed to a one-year, $12.5-million deal with the Atlanta Braves on Friday, putting former Mets teammate Noah Syndergaard in a glass case of emotion.

The 43-year-old Colon received high praise during his time in New York for his work with many of the Mets' younger pitchers, including Syndergaard, Jacob deGrom, Steven Matz, and Matt Harvey.
