Cubs are 3-1 favorites to repeat in 2017

The city of Chicago is still hungover from the World Series, but Vegas is already looking to next season.

Fresh off their first World Series title in 108 years, the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has pegged the Chicago Cubs as 3-1 favorites to win it all again in 2017, according to ESPN's David Purdum.

Chicago is the only team with odds in the single digits.

The Cubs are followed by the Los Angeles Dodgers, Washington Nationals, and Boston Red Sox, who are all listed at 10-1 odds.

To open the postseason, the Cubs were 10-1 favorites to win the World Series, and were 4-1 in spring training.
