Roberts laughs hysterically after Baez's long fly scares Kershaw

Sometimes all you can do is laugh.

In the seventh inning of Game 2 of the NLCS Sunday, Los Angeles Dodgers skipper Dave Roberts visited the mound to try and pull starter Clayton Kershaw with one out remaining in the frame against the Chicago Cubs with Javier Baez at the plate.

Kershaw, though, wasn't having it, and he convinced his manager he had one more batter in him.

Baez, who had already faked out the Dodgers once in the game, then connected on a deep fly ball to center field that spooked Kershaw for a second before dying at the track. Kershaw was then finally removed for Kenley Jansen to begin the eighth inning, and the Dodgers preserved the slim 1-0 lead to tie the series 1-1.

While Roberts was all smiles after the win, he wasn't feeling that great while the ball was still in the air:
