One year after Jose Bautista's dramatic home run in Game 5 the ALDS helped the Toronto Blue Jays advance to the American League Championship Series, Edwin Encarnacion joined his slugging teammate in postseason history with an epic blast of his own.

Encarnacion's walk-off three-run shot in the 11th inning of Tuesday's wild-card game eliminated the Baltimore Orioles and earned the Blue Jays first baseman a spot in franchise lore. It was also just the second walk-off, extra-inning homer ever in a winner-take-all postseason game.

Joe Carter's World Series-winning homer is arguably the best ever in a long list of memorable Blue Jays moments, but where does Encarnacion's wild-card clinching blast rank on this list of four? Relive these epic moments and cast your vote in the poll below.

Alomar's ALCS HR off Eckersley

Widely considered the coming-of-age moment of the early '90s Blue Jays teams, Roberto Alomar's game-tying homer with two outs in the ninth of Game 4 of the ALCS was just as memorable for the result as his celebration. Alomar's iconic homer, off Hall of Fame closer Dennis Eckersley no less, helped the Blue Jays send the game to extras, where they won to take a commanding 3-1 series lead over the Oakland Athletics en route to their first World Series championship in franchise history.

Carter's World Series clincher

The Blue Jays didn't have to wait long after Alomar's epic blast for another historic postseason homer. Down to their last out and trailing by one run in Game 6 of the 1993 World Series against the Philadelphia Phillies, Joe Carter drilled Mitch Williams' 2-2 offering over the left-field bullpen to send a country into pandemonium and secure Toronto the second of back-to-back championships.

Bautista's bat flip heard round the world

It was more than just a home run. During one of the most exciting and controversial innings in postseason history, Jose Bautista drilled a dramatic tiebreaking, three-run shot in the seventh inning of Game 5 of last year's ALDS to give Toronto a 6-3 lead and eventual win over the Texas Rangers. The blast, which was followed by the most buzzed-about bat flip ever, helped send the Blue Jays to the ALCS and ignited one of the fieriest rivalries in baseball. Not unrelated, that rivalry resumes Thursday in Texas for Game 1 of the ALDS.
