Jordan Zimmermann is out here doing he can to extend the Detroit Tigers' winning streak to five games.
During the second inning of his club's series opener against the Cleveland Indians, the 30-year-old right-hander helped the cause with some impressive defense, taking a base hit away from Juan Uribe with a nifty behind-the-back snag.
