Among the last five series between the Dodgers and the Brewers at Miller Park, Los Angeles has won just one of the matchups. In these clubs' first meeting of 2016 (June 16-19 at Dodger Stadium), three of the four games ended with one of the teams winning in its last at-bat.

The Dodgers prevented a four-game sweep at the hands of the Pirates on Monday by coming back from an early 4-0 deficit to win, 5-4. It marked just the second win in eight tries for the Dodgers in NL Central ballparks this season.

Davies has been on an absolute tear the last two months, going 5-0 with a 2.64 ERA in his last 10 starts -- after posting an 8.78 ERA in his first three outings.

Junior Guerra allowed two hits over eight innings, Ryan Braun hit a two-run homer and a two-run double and Kirk Nieuwenhuis hit a two-run shot to carry the Brewers to a 7-0 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday night, spoiling the major league debut of Brock Stewart.
