Dorssys Paulino drove in two runs and Yan Gomes added two hits and two runs scored for the Indians. Justin Masterson allowed a walk with one strikeout in four innings of work.

Matt Tuiasosopo drove in the only run of the game for the Diamondbacks. Trevor Cahill was tagged for five runs on nine hits in just 4 2/3 innings.
