Interim manager Jurgen Kramny has become VfB Stuttgart's full-time coach after agreeing to a deal that runs until 2017, the club announced Sunday.
The side's former reserve-team coach, Kramny helped guide Stuttgart out of the Bundesliga relegation zone and won his first game with the club Saturday, defeating Wolfsburg 3-1 at the Mercedes-Benz Arena.
Stuttgart has fallen from its graces in the last decade, barely avoiding relegation last season, which is a far cry from its glory days of winning the Bundesliga in the 2006-07 season.
