1. FC Koln midfielder Adam Matuschyk will likely find himself playing in the second division of German football next season, as he's set to join Eintracht Braunschweig at the end of the Bundesliga campaign.
With the exception of a six-month loan spell at Fortuna Dusseldorf, Matuschyk, 26, has spent his entire professional career at Koln after being brought up through the FC Youth Academy, making 111 appearances for the club. He has also featured for Poland's national team on 20 occasions.
Braunschweig currently sit fifth in 2. Bundesliga, three points out of the elusive second spot that guarantees automatic promotion to the Bundesliga.
