VIDEO: How Eden Hazard made this 79-year-old Belgium super fan cry (in a good way)

A 79-year-old super fan of Belgium's national team was reduced to tears upon receiving a signed shirt from star midfielder Eden Hazard.
Meme Francine, who has a home full of merchandise related to the team sent the Red Devils a message of support and the team decided to reciprocate by sending her a video message and the shirt.
Cameras were present when Francine received the shirt and they captured her emotional response. "You don't expect this at my age," she said.
