Chilean midfielder Gary Medel's leg looks like it's literally being held together by a patchwork system of wires, athletic tape and maybe even a little chewing gum. 

Chile's team doctor has been a busy man during an extra time game on a very hot day, massaging sore muscles left and right. He isn't afraid to get up close and personal with his players.
