Natalya becomes SmackDown Women's Champion at SummerSlam
The Queen of Harts is back on her throne.
There was no controversial finish, or Money in the Bank cash-in by Carmella. What the WWE Universe witnessed Sunday at SummerSlam was a flawless game plan from Natalya, who submitted Naomi to become SmackDown Women's Champion for the first time in her career.

Naomi was in rough shape, locked in to Natalya's Sharpshooter, but managed to reverse the maneuver by flipping her opponent into the bottom turnbuckle.

Naomi went to the top rope for her split-legged moonsault, but was met with knees to her chest by Natalya, who then wrapped up Naomi a second time in the Sharpshooter for the submission win.

Surprisingly enough, taking into account her long tenure with the company, this is Natalya's first-ever Women's Championship reign on any show. She had previously held the Divas Championship back in 2010-11.
