Pele made his first foray into music on Monday, introducing the song "Acredita No Veio (Listen To The Old Man)."
The Brazilian legend, who was victorious in three World Cups during his football career, collaborated with 2019 Grammy winners Rodrigo y Gabriela on the track.
Pele is certainly late to the music scene, as the all-time great will celebrate his 80th birthday on Friday.
"I wrote this one because when I used to play with Santos, the coach used to say that when we lost it was the players' fault, but when we won it was the macumba (black magic) had helped," Pele said of his musical debut.
"The song is joking about that - of course, macumba doesn't win games at all," he added.
