Chelsea's loan network is back in business for the January transfer window after Marco van Ginkel was sent on a temporary spell to PSV Eindhoven until the end of the season on New Year's Eve.
The Dutch international spent the last few months of the previous term at the Philips Stadion, but didn't return at the start of the 2016-17 season as anticipated due to a knee injury.
He'll officially link up with PSV again on Jan. 2, and will be immediately available for first-team contention under manager Phillip Cocu.
The reigning Eredivisie champion returns after the winter break to host relegation-threatened Excelsior on Jan. 14.
