Roma takes Ervin Zukanovic on loan from Sampdoria for €1.2 million
Ervin Zukanovic's meteoric rise continues.
AS Roma completed the signing of Zukanovic from Sampdoria on Thursday, reaching an agreement that will see the Bosnian defender join the Giallorossi on loan until June 30, 2016 for a fee of €1.2 million.
The agreement includes an option for Roma to make the deal permanent before the start of the 2016-17 season for €2.8 million, although that part of the deal depends on the fulfillment of certain conditions.

"Everyone dreams of playing for a huge club like Roma and I managed to achieve that," Zukanovic said. "This is a big milestone in my career and I'm very happy."
Zukanovic, who successfully passed a medical before signing with Roma, joined Sampdoria from Chievo Verona during the 2014-15 Serie A season. Before making the move to Serie A, he featured in the lower leagues of Austrian football, German football, and Belgian football.
