VIDEO: Guarin scores out of nowhere to give Inter lead over Milan

The Milan derby looked like it was going to end scoreless - until Fredy Guarin launched a strike that fooled everyone.
The Inter midfielder broke free of the AC Milan defence in the 57th minute, and he had just a few precious seconds to line up a fierce shot that curled past goalkeeper Diego Lopez.
It's Guarin's first career goal in the derby and his first of the season.
