Zvonimir Boban on Mario Balotelli's potential return to AC Milan: 'It is absurd'
Former AC Milan player Zvonimir Boban sees no sense in Mario Balotelli's return to Serie A.
The 25-year-old forward is expected to undergo his medical at Milan on Tuesday after Liverpool agreed to terms on a season-long loan deal.

Boban, a vocal critic of Balotelli's in the past, did not give him a welcome back.
"It is absurd," La Gazzetta dello Sport quotes Boban as saying during a broadcast on Sky Sport Italia. "A return is totally absurd and is nonsense. I wish him well but things have never really taken off for him.
"If he comes back to Milan, I repeat it again, it is absurd."
Boban has called out Balotelli before. The former Croatian international criticized a "shameful" display from the Italian striker after a match between Milan and Roma in April 2014, adding that he "lacks self-criticism."
Things did not work out at Liverpool, where he spent just a single season and scored once in 16 Premier League appearances last season. But he enjoyed much more success at Milan during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons with 30 goals in 54 appearances.
