Frederik Sorensen completes permanent transfer to Koln from Juventus
Frederik Sorensen is no longer at Juventus.
The Old Lady announced Saturday the Danish defender, who recently took part in the European Under-21 Championship, completed a permanent transfer to 1. FC Koln for an undisclosed transfer fee.
Sorensen joined Juventus in 2010 and made 17 Serie A appearances in his first season with the club. He then joined Bologna F.C. 1909 in January 2012 on a co-ownership deal that was renewed for the 2013-14 campaign, before spending the 2014-15 season on loan at Hellas Verona, where he made 10 Serie A appearances.
"1. FC Koln is an interesting club and they have impressed me with their developments," Sorensen told Koln's official website. "Of course, 1. FC Koln is known in Denmark and in Italy, so I am very happy to become part of this traditional club."
