Goals like this are why Alessandro Florenzi is becoming renowned for his versatility.
Roma got off to an excellent start in their Serie A fixture at Sassuolo on Wednesday, scoring two goals within the opening half-hour, including a beauty from their 24-year-old who is often compared to Francesco Totti.
Upon collecting the ball on the right flank, Florenzi - playing as a right-back although you'd never know it - cut into the box by shaking off two opponents before blasting a phenomenal shot through Sassuolo's backline and past the outstretched fingertips of 'keeper Andrea Consigli.
Florenzi's goal also brought an end to an ugly streak that stretched back to early February.
