The 21-year-old Italian was purchased by the club last summer, but allowed to remain with Genoa in order to earn playing time and gain some much-needed experience.
He has made 13 Serie A appearances this season, and while he's likely to find himself on the bench more often than not at the Juventus Stadium, the opportunity to train with the likes of Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal, Paul Pogba and Claudio Marchisio should be hugely beneficial.
