It's only a matter of hours before Samuel Eto'o is officially a member of Sampdoria.
Everton announced that Eto'o is expected to finalize his move to the Italian side on Monday, with the necessary medical evaluations having been completed over the weekend.
The Cameroonian striker, 33, was in attendance for Sampdoria's 1-1 draw against Palermo on Sunday at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, sitting alongside club president Massimo Ferrero and stepping foot on the pitch for the first time to be introduced to supporters.
There was even time for a quick selfie, which also featured fellow attacker Luis Muriel, who will be joining Eto'o at the club after making a move from Udinese.
