VIDEO: Gianluigi Buffon allows Croatia to equalise with rare howler

Even the great 'keepers of the world are prone to the odd howler.

Sunday was Gianluigi Buffon's unfortunate turn as the Juventus 'keeper's awful mistake in the first half of Italy's Euro 2016 qualifying match allowed Croatia to equalise at the San Siro in Milan.

As Ivan Perisic jockeyed for space with Italy's Mattia De Sciglio, he finally created enough room to unleash a harmless looking shot straight at Buffon. 

Buffon made a complete meal of it as the ball squirted under his legs into the goal.
