Serie A releases 2017-18 fixture list
The Serie A fixture list was unveiled Wednesday as Italian teams discovered what's on the horizon when the 2017-18 campaign kicks off in August.
Juventus will begin its title defence at home when Cagliari attempts to join the select group of teams to beat the Bianconerri since the Turin-based outfit won the first of six consecutive league titles in 2012.
AC Milan's opener, however, may be one of the most anticipated matches of the lot when the revamped Rossoneri visit Crotone after a massive summer overhaul that's seen the likes of Leonardo Bonucci, Ricardo Rodriguez, and several others arrive in Milan.
Meanwhile, Roma, and Napoli raise the curtain on a new season on the road against Atalanta and newly promoted Hellas Verona, respectively, while Inter Milan faces an awkward test at the San Siro against Fiorentina.
Benevento opens up its first ever season in Italy's top flight at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris against Sampdoria as the Wizards become the 67th team to compete in the Serie A.
