Falque was groomed at Barcelona's La Masia among other youth academies, but, at 26 years of age, is yet to live up to the hype that surrounded him during his adolescence. Unable to settle at any club for the long term, his resume includes the likes of Villarreal B, Tottenham Hotspur, Rayo Vallecano, and Genoa.
"I thank President Cairo and everyone at Torino," Falque said, according to Football Italia. "I'm very happy. I can't wait to start this new experience, I'm ready to put myself at the disposal of the coach and my teammates and I hope I can make my contribution.
"In recent years as an opponent I've appreciated the warmth and passion of the Torino fans, now I'll be playing in front of those fans and that's the best, it gives you enthusiasm and really fires you up."
Last season saw Falque tally two goals and two assists through 22 Serie A appearances, nine of which were as a substitute.
