The Philadelphia 76ers signed veteran defensive specialist Corey Brewer to a 10-day contract last week and he appears to be playing hard for another one. Playing against his former Houston Rockets squad Monday, Brewer brought out the high-pressure defense on James Harden - even when "The Beard" didn't have the ball.

Brewer even manned up on Harden quickly after landing a breakaway dunk and got the Rockets star whistled for a foul:
