Watch: Giants' Rodriguez laughs from mound as dad Pudge muffs foul ball

Thirteen-time Gold Glove winners are supposed to have better hands than this.
Hall of Fame catcher Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez was all smiles on Friday night as he watched his son, San Francisco Giants right-hander Dereck Rodriguez, make a start against his former team, the Texas Rangers. Perhaps Pudge was too focused on his role as a proud papa, because in the sixth inning, he completely whiffed on catching a foul pop-up behind home plate - much to the amusement of Dereck, who couldn't help but smile and laugh as he watched the whole thing transpire from the pitcher's mound.
The whole thing may have been amusing for "D-Rod" to watch, but it doesn't sound like the 26-year-old rookie's going to give his dad any grief for the error.
