Kevin Love is going to need some dental work.

The Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star took an elbow to the face Tuesday in the first half against the Miami Heat courtesy of Jordan Mickey, knocking one of his front teeth loose.

To pour salt in his wound, Love was whistled for a blocking foul on the play, while Mickey avoided picking up a flagrant.

Love was evaluated at halftime, and it was determined that he'd suffered a sublux front tooth, meaning it was loose but not displaced, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin. He was subsequently ruled out for the second half.

Love also exhibited some concussion-like symptoms, according to Cavs.com's Joe Gabriele; he will be re-evaluated Wednesday morning.

Love totaled seven minutes in the contest, hitting a single free throw and missing both of his field-goal attempts.

The 29-year-old recently returned from a 20-game absence due to a hand fracture.
