Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio expects to play in Game 4 of the NLCS on Friday after exiting Thursday's Game 3 with a cramp in his right hamstring.

Chourio departed mid-at-bat after grabbing at his hamstring following a swing in the seventh inning of the 3-1 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

"I feel physically good right now and I think tomorrow I could be playing," Chourio said postgame, according to Adam McCalvy of MLB.com.

Chourio suffered an injury to the same hamstring during Game 1 of the NLDS against the Chicago Cubs before returning to the lineup in Game 2. The 21-year-old was also sidelined for most of August due to a hamstring strain.

The 2024 NL Rookie of the Year finalist has two homers, eight RBIs, and an .842 OPS over eight playoff games this year.

The Brewers are on the brink of elimination after dropping the first three games of the best-of-seven series.
