The Indianapolis Colts released a statement Thursday addressing their controversial schedule release video, which was deleted by the team shortly after it was published on social media Wednesday.

"We removed our schedule release video because it exceeded our rights with Microsoft and included an insensitive clip involving (Miami) Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill," the Colts wrote, according to The Athletic's James Boyd. "We sincerely apologize to Microsoft and Tyreek."

The Colts unveiled their official 2025 schedule on social media by posting a Minecraft-themed video. The clip mocks several NFL teams and players, including Hill, who was detained by officers outside of Hard Rock Stadium before the Dolphins' Week 1 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars last season.

Hill reacted to the Colts' deleted video Thursday on social media.

"Should've left it up Colts, this was funny," Hill wrote.

Indianapolis hosts Miami in its season opener this year.

The Los Angeles Chargers also went viral for their own Minecraft-themed schedule video, but they didn't have to delete their clip. The Chargers posted a message at the beginning of their video stating they got permission from Microsoft to use the Minecraft theme, according to Boyd, who adds that the Colts' clip didn't include any clearance.
