Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Monday that he's "optimistic" about injured pass-rusher T.J. Watt's status for Saturday's matchup against the Baltimore Ravens, according to team reporter Dalle Lolley.

Watt suffered a low ankle injury in Sunday's 27-13 defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles and didn't finish the game.

Tomlin added that he saw Watt walking around the facility comfortably Monday, per team reporter Missi Matthews.

Watt, a top candidate to win Defensive Player of the Year, has 11.5 sacks and a league-leading six forced fumbles this season.

The 10-4 Steelers clinched a playoff berth despite losing to the Eagles. Saturday's game against the 9-5 Ravens will have big implications on the AFC playoff race. Pittsburgh would clinch a division title with a win over its division rival.
