Kylian Mbappe starts for Paris Saint-Germain in Saturday's French Cup final against Lyon, in what will be his final appearance for the club as he gets ready to depart when his contract expires.

Mbappe, who is PSG's all-time leading scorer with 256 goals in 307 appearances, returns after being left out by coach Luis Enrique for their final two Ligue 1 games of the campaign.

The France captain, with 44 goals in all competitions this season, is expected to join Real Madrid next.

PSG are looking to complete a domestic double in their first season under Luis Enrique, having already won the Ligue 1 title but lost in the semi-finals of the Champions League to Borussia Dortmund.

Opponents Lyon finished sixth in Ligue 1 to qualify for Europe after a remarkable turnaround in their fortunes -- they had been bottom of the table in December.

Saturday's final is being played in the northern city of Lille because the Stade de France in Paris, the usual venue for such games, is being prepared for the Olympics.
