New York Yankees legend Paul O'Neill still makes money from his 1995 guest appearance on "Seinfeld."

O'Neill, who now works as a color commentator for the YES Network, shared on Thursday's Yankees broadcast that he continues to receive residual checks nearly 30 years after his appearance.

"You know what they are? They're like 57 bucks. It's not big time," O'Neill said. "It's a good reminder, though, that you were on the show. It's kinda cool."

O'Neill played himself in an episode titled "The Wink" from Season 7 of the long-running sitcom. In the episode, O'Neill is approached in the Yankees' locker room by Kramer, who asks him to hit two home runs to fulfill a promise made to a sick boy in a hospital.

O'Neill played for the Yankees from 1993-2001, winning four World Series with the club. The Yankees retired his No. 21 in 2022.
