Texas Rangers left-hander Cody Bradford will miss at least a month of action due to a stress fracture in his ribs, manager Bruce Bochy said Friday, according to MLB.com's Kennedi Landry.

Bochy described Bradford's injury as a "very small" fracture on the 12th rib of the pitcher's right side.

Bradford hasn't pitched since April 10 when he tossed 6 2/3 scoreless innings against the Oakland Athletics. The Rangers initially placed him on the 15-day injured list with lower back tightness on April 14.

The 26-year-old got off to a good start for Texas, posting a 3-0 record with a 1.46 ERA and 0.62 WHIP in three starts before the injury.

Bradford joins fellow starters Max Scherzer, Jacob deGrom, and Tyler Mahle on the Rangers' injured list.
