The Kansas City Chiefs' offense will get a boost in Week 16 with the return of running back Isiah Pacheco, head coach Andy Reid announced Monday, according to ESPN's Adam Teicher.

"He'll be good to go this week unless there's further setback," Reid said. "Right now, everything's positive for him to go, and he really had a clearance last week from the fellow that did the surgery to go, so it was just a matter of being (cautious) on it."

Pacheco has been out for the last two weeks because of a shoulder injury that required a cleanup procedure. He had 779 rushing yards and seven total scores before missing time.

Kansas City relied upon Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon during Pacheco's absence.

The 9-5 Chiefs will play the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. They can clinch an eighth straight AFC West title with a win and a Denver Broncos loss.
