MLB releases 2023 schedule

Major League Baseball announced its 2023 schedule Wednesday.

Opening Day is set for March 30 and will feature every club beginning play on the same day for the first time since 1968.

Every team will play each other at least once during the season for the first time in modern history, while games between divisional opponents will decrease from 76 to 52.

The 2023 All-Star Game will take place at T-Mobile Park in Seattle on July 11. It will mark Seattle's first time hosting the Midsummer Classic since 2001.

MLB will also return to London for the first time since the 2019 campaign when the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs square off June 24-25 at London Stadium.

The regular season is scheduled to conclude on Oct. 1.
