Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday that the team has "no intention" of trading Russell Wilson, according to Gregg Bell of the Tacoma News Tribune.

Carroll added that teams have inquired about the quarterback.

"At this time of year, there are conversations about everybody. We have no intention of making any move there," Carroll told reporters at the NFL Scouting Combine, per Bell.

A previous report said Wilson was interested in exploring trade options this offseason. However, he denied interest in playing elsewhere during an appearance on the "Today Show" earlier this week.

"Seattle's the place where I'm at right now, and I love it, and it's great," Wilson said Tuesday.

The 33-year-old was also adamant during the 2021 campaign of his desire to win more Super Bowls with the Seahawks.

Wilson is under contract for two more years and has a no-trade clause at his disposal.

He's coming off his first losing season as a starter, going 6-8 with 25 touchdowns to six interceptions.
