Then-Detroit Tigers slugger Prince Fielder became the second player in MLB history to win the Home Run Derby twice after the 2012 edition at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City.

Only three major leaguers have ever won the derby more than once - a short list that also includes Ken Griffey Jr. and Yoenis Cespedes.
