Alabama wideout Henry Ruggs III went down with a non-contact injury early in the school's Week 5 matchup with Ole Miss but returned to the game in the second quarter.
Ruggs was unable to put weight on his left leg as he was helped from the field to the medical tent. He emerged from the tent a few minutes later accompanied by medical staff. The Montgomery, Alabama, native then limped to the stationary bike on the sideline.
The junior wideout, whose 40 time was clocked at 4.25, is considered one of the top receiver prospects for the 2020 NFL Draft, along with teammate Jerry Jeudy.
Ruggs has snagged 16 balls for 350 yards and four touchdowns so far in 2019 and registered one catch for 11 yards against the Rebels before going down.
