Elin Nordegren talks Tiger Woods, says she 'moved on'
This is the interview you've been waiting for four years: Elin Nordegren spoke to PEOPLE magazine in her first public comments since her divorce from Tiger Woods in August 2010 after his numerous affairs became public.
"I have moved on and I am in a good place," Nordegren told the magazine. "My relationship with Tiger is centered around our children and we are doing really good – we really are – and I am so happy that is the case. He is a great father."
Woods decided to take a break from golf after the news of his infidelity broke in November 2009. There was also a strange incident at the family home, when he crashed his car into a tree. Rumors at the time claimed Nordegren was chasing the car with a golf club, and that's why the back window was broken - because she smashed it - but this was never confirmed.
Despite it all, she said they are on good terms now. Woods only lives 25 minutes away in Jupiter, Florida.
"In the beginning, you tamp down the animosity for the kids' sake," she said to PEOPLE. "I'm not going to deny that I went through the wringer. But I don't think I doubted we'd end up here. That was always my dream, that the kids can have two loving parents that show respect for each other. And I feel that's what they have."
Nordegren was photographed at their son's baseball game with Woods and girlfriend Lindsey Vonn, and they were all sitting together, according to TMZ.
