Adam Scott finishes 1-over par in defense of Masters crown

After being anchored by his putter last year, it was the flat-stick that let Adam Scott down in his defense of the Masters championship.
Scott required 35 taps around the green in a third round that saw him fall out of contention after shooting a 4-over 76, but he wasn't particularly impressive all tournament long - aside from the first 10 holes played on Thursday.
Scott finished 1-over for the tournament after an even par round on Sunday, and, ironically, he appears set to place the green jacket on Bubba Watson's shoulders, the man who presented him with the distinguished honor last year.
