GIF: Els plays shot out of Rae's Creek

Ernie Els found himself standing with his feet half-submerged in Rae's Creek - the famous sliver of water that winds its way through Amen Corner at Augusta National - looking directly down at his ball, also almost completely underwater.
On the 13th hole of Thursday's opening round of the Masters, Els weighed his options on the soaked ball, and decided to try to play it onto the green.

His khakis left slightly worse for wear, Els managed to get up and down out of the creek and leave the 13th with a par.
