Tiger frustrated after letting birdie-filled round slip away

After rolling in four consecutive birdies on the front-9 on Saturday, Tiger Woods and his suddenly red-hot putter looked ready to make a charge on moving day at the Quicken Loans National.

Unfortunately for him and the mega-sized galleries across TPC Potomac, the momentum never completely materialized. Woods' four bogeys on the day erased his chances to go low, and predictably left him uneasy once he reached the clubhouse.

"Oh, it was frustrating because I played way better than what my score indicates," Woods said, according to ESPN's Bob Harig. "It was frustrating because I thought that 10-under would have been a good score for me to end up at for the day, and I easily could have gotten that on the back nine."

"I just didn't finish it off the right way."

Tiger's 68 put him at 7-under for the tournament, six strokes back of the lead shared by Abraham Ancer and Francesco Molinari.

Woods tees off alongside Bronson Burgoon at 1:20 p.m. ET on Sunday to close out his tournament.
