Stewart Cink lit TPC River Highlands on fire Sunday, shooting an 8-under 62 to soar up the Travelers Championship leaderboard.

Cink started the day tied for 22nd at 6-under, 10 shots behind leader Paul Casey. He finished two shots back, sitting alone in second place.

The 45-year-old birdied six of his first seven holes to card a 29 on the front nine. He added four more birdies on the back nine, but two bogeys kept him at 14-under for the tournament.

Cink's 62 ties the lowest round of his PGA Tour career, a total of 1,901 rounds.

If his position stands, his finish at the Travelers will give him back-to-back top-five results for the first time since 2008.
