Hideki Matsuyama made up for his bad bogey at No. 14 on Thursday.

On the very next hole at Erin Hills, Matsuyama split the fairway with his drive, leaving just a wedge shot for his second into the par 4. The Japanese star then flew his approach past the pin, and spun his ball back into the hole for an eagle.
