Dean Burmester, a European Tour player, found the easiest way to hit it 400-plus yards off the tee at the China Open: land it on the cart path.
Burmester carried his drive 320 yards on the par-5 eighth, which hit the path, then ricocheted off a group of rocks by the hazard, and finished 417 yards from the tee.
The South African would make birdie on the hole.
