Two-time All-Star Todd Frazier led the Americans with four hits, including a home run, and two RBIs in a 4-2 win, which capped off a perfect record in the super round.
The Olympic baseball tournament takes place from July 28-Aug. 7. The United States finished with a silver medal in 2008, the last time the sport was in the Games.
Venezuela and the Dominican Republic will have one more shot to earn an Olympic berth during the last qualifier from June 22-26 in Mexico. The group also includes the Netherlands, Australia, and Taiwan.
Team Canada was eliminated after a loss to the Dominicans earlier Saturday.
