Canada doesn't qualify for Olympic baseball after loss to Dominican Republic

Team Canada lost to the Dominican Republic on Saturday at the Baseball Americas Qualifier and failed to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Canada finishes last in the super round with the loss at Clover Park in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The team dropped three games in the super round, losing to the Dominican Republic, United States, and Venezuela.
Baseball will return to the Olympics this year for the first time since 2008. The tournament takes place July 28-Aug. 7.
